Applications are being developed in VXML, Java, 4Voice and State Tables. Both ICMA and its
parent company in South Africa, C.a.T.S. Pty Ltd, have been accepted into the IBM Value Advantage
Plus initiative with our Voice Response IVR solution based on WebSphere.
